Office Administrator

A growing property services company based in Hendon is looking to hire an Office Administrator to support the Operations Manager and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

This is a straightforward, office-based admin role focused on communications, scheduling, and general operational support. It would suit someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Booking and scheduling jobs
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure work is coordinated smoothly
  • Updating systems, trackers, and job records
  • General office administration to support the wider team and keep operations running efficiently

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an office-based admin or administrative role
  • Confident communicator, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and basic office systems
  • Organised, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and professional

Hours, Salary & Location

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (Early Finish Friday)
  • Office-based role
  • Location: North West London
  • Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
