After years in operations, managing teams, and hiring firsthand, I learned what makes a great hire. I also saw what happens when recruitment goes wrong: bad fits, wasted resources, and frustrated companies.
So, in 2022, I launched Spencers Recruitment with one goal. To make hiring better.
