Office Administrator
Our client is a well-established fire safety company providing compliance and safety services to a range of residential and commercial clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire an organised and reliable Office Administrator with experience in a maintenance or service-led environment to support the day-to-day running of the office.
This is a varied, office-based role suited to someone who is comfortable dealing with engineers, chasing clients, managing paperwork, and producing accurate written reports.
Key Responsibilities

Writing up and formatting fire safety and compliance reports

Chasing clients for outstanding information, approvals, and payments

Liaising with engineers and coordinating service or maintenance paperwork

Managing incoming emails and phone calls

General office administration and document management

Updating internal systems with service records and job information

Supporting senior team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in an office administration role within a maintenance, facilities, construction, or service-based business

Strong written English skills, with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicating with clients, contractors, and engineers

Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple jobs at once

Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced office environment

Experience within fire safety, compliance, property, or building services would be highly beneficial
Salary, Hours & Location

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Location: Office-based, North West London
