Sales Executive Fintech / Merchant Services
About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing fintech company providing innovative payment solutions to businesses across the healthcare and professional services sectors. They help clients accept payments seamlessly from in-person terminals to online and recurring billing systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, early-stage company that's building strong momentum in a specialist market. They are looking for ambitious, proactive B2B Sales Executives to help develop new business, build long-term relationships, and drive growth across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new business clients across the UK, focusing on healthcare and professional service providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Present payment solutions confidently both online and in person.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience ideally within fintech, merchant services, SaaS, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working autonomously.
- A consultative approach to sales with strong commercial acumen.
- Comfortable dealing with senior decision-makers and small business owners.
Hours, Salary & Location:
- Location: Central London
- Hours: 9:00am 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary: £40,000 £45,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000 £100,000+)
